Austin embodies the Hobey Baker spirit, fierce determination on the ice, calm leadership on and off the ice, and true sportsmanship. Returning from a severe concussion suffered at the end of last season, Austin has gone on to lead the team this season, a difficult thing to do at the high school level compounded even more by the fact that players come from 6 different high schools. He is truly impressive on the ice as well as being an honor student in the classroom.
