Ashlee’s impact has not been measured all by her points, but rather by her determination to consistently show up for her team day in and day out. She has become the anchor of our defensive core with her unshakable steadiness. A player our team can rely on to show up for practice and especially games, to do her job and support her teammates to do theirs. Ashlee has shown tremendous leadership by bringing a mature, resilient attitude to the rink that has paved the way for her teammates to follow through all of the challenges and adversity the season brings. We appreciate her hard work and dedication to the Mirage program and we hope she will continue to make a positive impact on those around her throughout the rest of her life.
