Leadership on and off the ice is always a key component to any team. Anthony has shown that he is a leader of men by setting the example every day. Leadership is achieved by action and Anthony certainly displayed that this past year. Fighting through adversity is one thing but getting others to follow is a difficult challenge and Anthony delt with this head on by being the example to others. High Character athletes are hard to come by and Anthony sets the bar high for others to follow.
