We are proud to announce Anson Prunier as the recipient of the Hobey Baker HS Hockey Character Award for the 2025-2026 season. Anson is the type of student-athlete that every high school coach dreams to have. He has been an Assistant Captain for both his Junior and Senior seasons. Anson has been a part of Green Wave for all 4 years of high school and plays in all situations-5v5, PP, PK, and all crucial high pressure moments game in and game out. He is known as a hard-nosed defensive defenseman and is arguably the best at it here in Western MA. Even with the amount of ice time, and style of play Anson has only been assessed 8 total penalties on his entire high school career. He is a leader and we know will do so many great things in the future.
