Andrew as a senior switched his position from forward to defense for the good of the team. His attitude has been nothing  but upbeat and positive. His intensity and determination to excel both on and off the ice is exemplary.

As a senior being asked to switch from a position that you played your whole life and doing so without hesitation or question says a lot about Andrew’s character. Andrew is a true leader in every sense of the word because no matter the situation that the team is in or situations that teammates encounter he is always there to lift their sprits and turn things around for a positive outcome.
