Amy is a 4 year letter winner with the Reading MA Girls Varsity Hockey Team. A high honors student, Amy has an amazing locker room presence and is a true leader on this team. Her dedication to the team and her teammates is seen every day both on and off the ice. At the beginning of the season Amy had to take a leave of absence to have a surgical procedure that would caused many to take the season off. Instead, Amy bounced back after surgery, got back in shape and has been a major contributor in our  league championship and our pursuit of a Division 1 State Title. I cannot think of one reason not to nominate Amy and I should know, as I am her coach.
