Alyssa was named a captain of her HS hockey team by her peers, and has done a marvelous job leading our group of young ladies on and off the ice. She has set a wonderful example by working hard in the weight room, at practices, and also in our classroom sessions. She has no problem coming to coaches with issues that arise, and has shown she can take initiative in the locker room when there are situations she feels need her and her co-captains’ attention.
