My fellow coaches and I have coached Alexander for many years and can attest to his upstanding qualities and how his positive energy infuses his teammates. His never quit attitude is contagious and brings the best to his teammates. He is driven and competes at a high level, never complaining and always working hard shift after shift. If he ever makes a mistake, he is the first one to own up to it. Never to lay blame on others, always to find blame in himself first, and is quick to correct it. We have often paired him with players who are less experienced and less skilled so that he can assist in their development and awareness of team concepts. Their success is his success. Alexander has used these opportunities to be a leader and is an excellent teammate. He is a steading force and a pleasure to coach.
