Alex was selected by the coaching staff because of his outstanding character and sportsmanship. Alex was involved heavily in the community at all the volunteer functions we did as a team. Alex might not have been our top scorer but he embodies Denfeld hockey on and off the ice to the fullest. Alex was a very coachable, quiet leader for our hockey team. He truly lived by our 3 pillard of respect, accountability and discipline.
