Alex has played on our hockey team the past 3 years. Alex has tremendous leadership qualities but more importantly ethical and exceptional character. When ever we asked him to perform a task or a role on the team, Alex always smiled and said yes coach.

He mentors the younger players and elevates their esteem and confidence. He is an excellent student, and was recently awarded the EAGLE SCOUT award by the Boy Scouts of America.

Alex has demonstrated true sportsmanship even when faced with malicious hits from our opponents and turns the other cheek and skated away.

Alex was not our best player but our best team mate and never quit regardless of the adversity the team faced.

We are honored to award him this most prestigious award truly exemplifying the true spirit of Mr. Baker.
