Adriana is a leader who leads by example. Her on-ice work ethic is unparalleled. Over the course of her career, the coaching staff has never questioned whether Adriana was going to leave it all on the ice during a game. Further, she has a unique ability to play through discomfort and is always accountable for her on-ice play and effort. She cares deeply for her teammates and is always looking out for their well being, especially the younger players. She is highly respected by her peers.
