Coming off an All American season a year ago when he led the nation in goals against average, save percentage and shutouts, Lyon had another banner season. Lyon was named First Team All-Ivy League, ECAC Goalie of the Year and First Team all-conference, as well as being a finalist for ECAC Player of the Year. Also a finalist for the Walter Brown Award, Lyon was a big part of Yale’s rise to a second place finish in the ECAC.
