Asher Mangini exemplifies the dedication, positivity, and work ethic celebrated by the Hobey Baker Award. His willingness to learn and relentless effort have propelled him from JV to Division 3, earning a Division 2 call-up along the way.

A strong student and member of the marching band, Asher still makes it clear that hockey is his true passion. He is highly coachable—when given feedback, he immediately applies it and works to improve. His hustle is unmatched; every time he steps onto the ice, he gives more than 100%.

Asher’s positive attitude is contagious. You’ll never find him without a smile around the rink, and his respect for coaches, teammates, and the game itself sets him apart.
