Sophie Olson has been named Hill-Murray’s recipient of the Hobey Baker Character Award, a well-deserved honor that reflects the impact she has made on the program over the past four years. An incredible teammate, Sophie has consistently led the team both on and off the ice, setting the standard through her work ethic, character, and commitment to others. She is known as a caring and inclusive presence in the locker room, someone who lifts up her teammates and helps create a strong, united team culture. On the ice, Sophie delivered in the biggest moments, scoring huge goals that helped propel the team forward when it mattered most. A true champion in every sense, Sophie represents everything the Hobey Baker Character Award stands for, and Hill-Murray Girls Hockey is truly blessed to have her as part of the program.
