She consistently includes everyone, making each teammate feel valued and seen, and she plays a huge role in building the positive, supportive culture that defines our program. Quinn puts the team above herself in both her words and her actions—always willing to do the little things, make sacrifices, and lead by example. Her work ethic is relentless, and her commitment never wavers. Most importantly, Quinn truly understands what it means to be part of something bigger than herself. She represents the glue of our team and is incredibly deserving of this Hobey Baker Character Award.
