Nick’s leadership is rooted in integrity and work ethic. He leads by example, consistently putting the team over himself and embracing sacrifice without hesitation. Whether it is taking on difficult assignments, supporting teammates, or quietly doing the unnoticed work that winning teams depend on, Nick has always answered the call.
True to Herb Brooks’ belief that success is earned, not given, Nick has risen through trust and accountability.
