As a senior leader of the Wolverines, he consistently sets the standard through his work ethic, humility, and commitment to his team. Cole shows up every day—no excuses, no complaints—ready to give his best regardless of the circumstances. His attitude helped establish a “never give up” culture that became a defining strength of the program.

Respected by coaches, teammates, and players throughout the organization, Cole leads by example and elevates those around him. He is eager to learn, quick to apply coaching, and constantly strives to improve. Off the ice, Cole excels academically and will continue his education at the University of Florida.
