Elsa is a 5 year Varsity letter-winner Gentry Academy. She holds the record for most games played all time with 124. She was an assistant captain her junior year, and a captain her senior year. Battling through two hip surgeries, she was able to get back this season, transform her game to play the off-hand wing, and be a leader on and off the ice to a very young group of players. Under her leadership, we would more than double our wins this season from 6 to 14, host the first playoff game at home in 3 years by getting the 4 seed, and winning that first section game at home in spectacular OT fashion. Elsa Myers was a great player for our program, and her contributions to Gentry Academy Hockey will be remembered.
