Leila is a 2-year Captain and a 3-year (inaugural) member of the Lady Bruins program. Leila’s leadership and pride for the program embodies what it means to be a Bruin. There is no one more deserving of this award; Leila has achieved a 4.0+ GPA throughout high school, her character makes her an exceptional leader, and although her skill may not be the best on the ice she has made significant improvement over the years and has worked extremely hard to become the player she is today.
