Portside Royals Varsity Hockey | Royals |

The Portside Royals Varsity Hockey team is a merged New York State Public High School Athletics Association team between Spencerport High School and Brockport High School. Sam played three seasons for the program and finished with 15 points this past season.

His hardworking passion for the game has always been shown in his efforts on the ice. His quiet personality adds to his leadership qualities. Our younger players look up to him as a role model. Sam is always the first person on the ice, and the last person off the ice. He wears the Portside logo and the “C” with pride, and passion. In the locker room, he is the voice of the team alongside his other captains.

Sam’s commitment has shown throughout his time here with Portside. Sam helped push the players around him to be better team players instead of individuals, which has helped put our team in the position to win a Sectional Title. He has been nominated in the past for other team awards due to his leadership qualities.
