Heidi Rasch is an epitome of what a student athlete stands for. Her relentless effort towards excellence in the class room and on the ice sets a great example for her teammates to emulate. Through her actions Heidi portrays unselfish commitment to her team both on and off the ice. Her respect of the rules of the game of hockey and display of sportsmanship towards her opponents makes Heidi an obvious choice for this Hobey Baker award.
