We are honored to nominate Evan Foster for his exceptional leadership both on and off the ice as a member of
the OJR Wildcats Ice Hockey team. Evan has consistently demonstrated a level of work ethic and dedication that is
unparalleled, setting an exemplary standard for his teammates and peers alike.

It’s easy for individuals in positions of leadership to become complacent or overconfident, but Evan has done the
exact opposite. His approach to leadership is rooted in humility, and he continually works hard to ensure the success of the team, both athletically and personally. His actions reflect a deep commitment to excellence, and he leads by
example in every aspect of his life.

Evan consistently models the behaviors and attitudes we strive to cultivate within the OJR Wildcats Ice Hockey
program, and I am confident his example will inspire others to strive for similar levels of excellence.
