John has been with the team for 4 years, the last two of which he was named captain. The previous 3 years has seen our team win a total of 17 games, last year winning just 4. During the entire time, John has shown leadership, work ethic and inclusiveness. This year we have won 20 games and I believe it has been a large part to his consistent leadership during the last three years.
