With only having enough players to compose 2 lines due to school re-zoning and having a mix of talent we weren’t sure we could compete at the varsity level this season. Jonathan is a travel goalie and is used to have 3 solid lines in front of him. This season at the high school level, Jonathan was the heart and soul of our team, even when we were loosing games he never gave up and kept us competitive the entire season. He stayed positive and focused and told his teammates we’re not out of this yet, keep battling, don’t give up. His dedication and commitment for his team was truly inspirational, he put the teams needs before his own. Jonathan kept us competitive and we even qualified for the playoffs.
