Matt is an exceptional player ,that has centered our first line the last 2 seasons. He is a big part of the 46 wins we have had these last 2 years. He has great vision, and great shot along with a great passion for the game. Matt makes all the players around him better. Matt is a great teammate also. He has taken just a few minor penalties this season in 36 games. Matt is the kind of young man that this award was designed for, great character and skill combined.
