Jake, our assistant captain this year, excels not only on the ice, but also in the classroom. Earning his 4th letter this year which represents his ability as a hockey player. His first letter he earned was playing in net as a freshmen, and after 10 years as a goalie, our team short of players, he decided to skate out his sophomore year. His leadership off the ice earns him the respect of all his teammates. As a member of DECA, preparing emerging leaders, Jake was a state finalist his senior year. Our coaching staff has had the pleasure to watch him grow these past 4 years. As he is about to graduate, he has personally set a foundation for that next leadership role within his life.
