Mitchell has been on skates since the age of 4. He started with the Mentor Youth Hockey Program at the age of 6. Mitchell joined the Mentor High School Hockey Team
his sophomore year. He is a 3-year Varsity Hockey Letterman, and is proud to have served as a captain for all 3 years. He is also a 3-year member of the Mentor HS
Top-25 Show Choir. Additionally, he performs regularly with the American Zagreb Croatian folklore group. Mitch was nominated to the 2016 MHS Homecoming court. This fall he will attend Cleveland State University to pursue a
career as a history teacher, and hopes to play for the CSU club hockey team. Ultimately, he would like to return to Mentor to teach and coach the high school team.
