Spanish River/West Boca | Bull Sharks | BOYS

Sam serves as the Captain for the Bull Sharks. He has played for the team his entire high school career (all 4 years) and has been a leader both on, and off the ice. He was selected to the Florida Scholastic Hockey League/Florida Panthers Leadership Academy and he was selected to represent the team in the Annual FSHL All Star game. As a captain, he organized, and promoted off ice training for the team, and has helped younger players and upper classmen alike, become better players. It has been an honor and pleasure to coach Sam Avers, and he is the unanimous selection for this well deserved honor and recognition. He is an amazing young man.
