Patrick’s passion and love for the game extends well beyond the ice surface. His sportsmanship and demeanor embodies the true spirit of this award. He is the first to greet the coaches before and after every practice, and makes sure he connects with the referees to thank them. He has been known to congratulate an opposing player/goalie after they make a great play in the game. His work ethic, both in the off-season and in-season is contagious and he serves as a mentor to the younger players on the team, as well as in the classroom.
