Ty has been with the program for 5 years. During which, I cannot remember hearing anyone say anything negative thing about Ty. A two year captain, we have expected a lot out of Ty, and he always comes through. This season Ty was able to balance his academics, hockey and his commitment to the Navy throughout the season. Unfortunately illness and injury have taken half of Ty’s season away from him, but you will still find him at the rink cheering on his teammates. Ty is not only a good hockey player, but a great person, and someone who represents the Hobey Baker Award well.
