Akira is one of 3 captains this year. Early in the season 2 of his fellow captains were injured and were out for the majority of the season. He was forced to lead his team on his own and has done an exceptional job. His leadership abilities were tested and he has proven to everyone how effective he is as a leader. He also has arranged for the team to do various community outreach events and is a true role model in the community.
