Alex is in his third season with the varsity hockey program. He has grown and matured more than anyone else I have ever coached over that span of time – from a quiet, shy, and underdeveloped athlete who pretty much only made the team because we had enough roster space, to an assistant captain, vocal leader, top line contributor, and exemplary role model for his teammates (both on and off the ice). He has earned a 4.33 GPA, varsity letters in multiple sports, has recently been accepted into some very top-end Universities, and is a proven leader within the community. There is no one more deserving of a Character Award than Alex.
