Phil Kaderle is a terrific young man. Phil is a captain of the Rough Rider Hockey team, and is a player who is loved by his teammates and coaches. Phil demonstrates unshakable character everyday, all of our players look up to and admire Phil. Phil Kaderle is polite, polished, driven, and ahead of his years. Phil Kaderle is a perfect example of a high school hockey player who should be recognized for his outstanding character and commitment to his team.
