Delaney is a true leader on and off the ice. She has every trait that this award is all about. She is one of the hardest working athletes you will ever see. She has a will to win and a want to learn. She was elected as one of our teams captain’s this year by the team. And rightfully so. She has shown nothing but a positive attitude and great leadership through good times and bad. All the girls look up to her. She has such a great spirit and is always happy. She has amazing character. We wish we could keep her around for years to come but I think she has a bright future and we wish her nothing but the best in whatever she chooses.
