Ben was a leader on our team on and off the ice. He was the scoring leader on our team with 32 points this season (14 goals and 18 assists). He lead our team with his confident and competitive approach to games and practices. Our opponents would match up against his line to try to shut them down and Ben would battle through by competing hard and moving the puck to his teammates. He ended up with more assists than goals, which is a true sign of a team player. We combined for 8 points in 5 playoff games, culminating in scoring the game clinching goal in the State Championship Game.
