As a sophomore, Josh has exhibited leadership qualities seldom seen in players of his age. He is poised and talented and does not  get emotional in pressure situations. Players young and old gravitate to this young man. He is a leader on and off of the ice and he plays the game the way that it was intended. Josh treats every member of his team and his opponents with respect and dignity.
