Zack is an impact player both on and off the ice.  On the ice Zack was one of our senior captains and was one of our defenseman.  He logged more ice time than any other player on our team by far.  To date he has scored 99 points in his high school career as a defenseman.  

Zack had the opportunity to go play juniors this season and he opted to return to our high school team to fulfill his responsibilities as a team captain.  He did an awesome job and helped lead our team to our first ever conference championship

Zack is also a leader off the ice.  He is a commited follower of Jesus Christ and he walks his faith well.  Zack is a young man with high moral character.  He is honest, trustworthy and he cares for others.  Zack spends one day each week with an autistic high school student at our school.  

Zack is well liked by everyone on his team and at his school.  As his head coach, I will be most disappointed to see him go.  But he will be an excellent citizen!
