Jacy has demonstrated tremendous effort and dedication to support her development and the team.   While she is only a sophomore, she has demonstrated a maturity level well above her current age.  Her academic dedication and commitment is exemplary as she continues to demonstrates on a daily basis.  She is always open to feedback, and always accepts whatever role she is given, while performing her best at all times.
