During the time that I have known Ms. Younkers, it has become apparent to me that she is a strong example of a quality young citizen who is committed to academics and athletics, as well as, growing in her professional life while also helping others. Leah has demonstrated her leadership both on and off of the ice in several ways. She is very hard working and is a motivation and inspiration to her fellow teammates. Leah aspires to become a Division 3 college hockey player and she displays an extensive amount of dedication to reaching this goal.
