Tony Stedeford is the prime example of a character player. A true gentleman and a warrior, Tony is a captain of the ACES not by chance. He plays each shift with passion, skates hard and stays true to his position while fighting relentlessly until the final whistle. His respect and support of every member on the roster is inspiring. A four year defenseman for Lower Merion, Tony has helped his team advance themselves every year to a higher level of success, one which he constantly heightens. As a coach, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with a student-athlete that was so dedicated to the team regarding on & off ice affairs, as much as Tony was.
