Ben Lackner is one of the highest achieving seniors in the Western New York area.  He has excelled within the classroom and on the ice.  He has worked tremendously hard to improve athletically and intellectually over the last four years.

Ben has played Varsity Ice Hockey for the last four years, and was named captain by his coaches and peers in his senior year.  Ben has the ability to lead during times of adversity, and demonstrate the attributes the program is built around.  

Ben is courteous, honest, and reliable.  Ben is active within his church community and has participated in several service and community projects.  There are thousands of students who are deserving of academic and financial rewards for their commitment to excellence and hard work as young people, but I would find it very difficult to find anyone more impressive than Ben.
