Reilly Fawcett is the player every coach hopes to get an opportunity to coach someday.  She sets the tone for every practice and game.  I have never witnessed Reilly give anything other than 100%. That consistent drive to succeed is contagious.
Reilly is a very unselfish player.  She shares the puck consistently because she knows it will benefit our team and the person she is sharing it with.  Reilly committed to play hockey at Bemidji State next year, but instead of resting on her laurels, she is working even harder.  She feels a sense of responsibility to give younger girls the chance to strive for the chance to play college hockey. Reilly has been, and continues to be a great role model for the younger girls in our program, from the younger girls on our Varsity/JV team to the 5 year-old she skates with on the outside ice after practice.  I have witnessed many times where younger girls wait outside our locker room to beg Reilly to rink rat with them.  Even though she has tough classes and carries a great GPA, she finds time to spend time with these players.  She genuinely cares about them and wants them to improve.
Lastly, Reilly is a great role model for all young hockey players in Minnesota.  She has used hard work, community involvement, determination, and a healthy dose of teamwork to become one of the best players in Minnesota.
