Justin is a three-year letter-winner for the Tigers, as well as a two-time captain. He led the Tigers in scoring in his sophomore and junior seasons, and led the Missota Conference in scoring as a junior. This year, Novak missed a large chunk of the season due to injury, but the respect he receives from his coaches, teammates, opposing players, and opposing coaches is as high as ever. He is a team-first player, who has a quiet leadership style about him. He is a member of the Farmington High School National Honor Society, assists with youth hockey camps, and represents Farmington Hockey the way we want it represented.
