Justin is a true team player. He is always willing to do whatever he can for the greater good of the team. He selflessly gives everything he has everyday, putting his team-mates first. Justin has been a great leader by example for our team on and off the ice for 3 years. He represents our program in school, community and on the ice through his exemplary work ethic, attitude and integrity. Justin’s work ethic and commitment to becoming the best player he can be is second to none. Justin is extremely coach-able and a hard-working. His work with youth players has been exceptional. I have received many compliments about him from youth parents watching him from the stands.
Justin is a great competitor and exhibits all the character attributes deserving of the Hobey Baker Character award. On behalf of our coaching staff, it has been a pleasure coaching Justin the past 3 years. He will be a success at whatever he chooses to pursue in life because of his character. I would highly recommend Justin for not only this award, but as a great addition to any team.
