Ryan is a model student with a 4.5 GPA, works 15 hours a week, plays two varsity sports, Captain of the 2015-16 Hockey Team, has great character, awesome leadership skills, tremendous competitor with a tireless work ethic.  All that stated, Ryan is an even better person.

It is very easy decision to recommend Ryan for the award with the criteria commensurate with the Hobey Baker Award.
