Ania embodies the tenacity and motivation a coach hopes to find in their star athlete.  Earning most improved in 2011-2012 season, received all-league honors in 2012-2013, and voted sole team captain for this year’s squad.   She currently leads the team in points which is expected but what she does off the ice and in the locker room speak volumes to this year’s success.  Team chemistry is tricky and it takes a strong captain to be engaged, assertive, and capable of being open for it to all come together.    As her coach I believe her leadership has been pivotal to this year’s success and in keeping our team balanced and running on all cylinders.
