Andrew has been an unbelievable leader for our hockey team the last two years.  He is very intentional in his leadership and his words are backed up by his actions.  He is one of the hardest workers on the team.  He didn’t take one bad penalty or argue with another player or referee all year long.  Andrew embraces the culture we are trying to create, often helping us keep players accountable for using appropriate language, putting the team first, and staying positive.
