Logan has been playing for both our Travel and High School Hockey Programs for over four years now. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of watching him grow both as a hockey player and a young man. No matter what team that Logan has been a part of, he has always showed the characteristics of a great leader. Although he is a man a few words, his actions speak for themselves. Hard work, a positive attitude, fearlessness and passion are only a few examples of the amazing qualities that Logan has.
Not only has he provided great leadership for fellow teammates over the years, but he has also become an excellent role model for our youth hockey program. Logan has been working with us as a youth hockey camp counselor over the past few summers. He has been a positive role model to everyone who attends camp by passing his love for the game onto a newer generation. It is because of Logan’s kindness, respect, and understanding manner that these boys and girls will grow to love this game just as he does.
The reason that Logan has been selected for this great award is a no-brainer. He has exhibited all of the necessary steps that come hand in hand with being a great leader and even better human being. We would like to wish him the best of luck as he moves forward with his future. Watching him grow with this program has been both a privilege and an honor.
