Max has been a 4-year varsity athlete for us. His first two years, he was our starting goaltender as an all-league performer. His junior season, due to loss of players, we made the decision to have him play defense and forward for us. He led our team in goals and points. As a senior, he split time between goal, forward, and defense due to injury and need, leading the division in Save percentage, all-league honorable Mention, and 3rd on our team in points. During all of this position shifting, he never complained and always thought of what was best for the team. He carries a 3.3 GPA and has 11 varsity letters from the school in soccer, hockey, and lacrosse. He also is a volunteer coach for youth sports/camps and for wounded warriors hockey.
