Over the past three seasons with the Academy Vikings, Max has shown an incredibly consistent and focused effort on improving his craft as a goaltender. In the off-season, he has made giant leaps in improvement through on/off-ice practice and involvement with other teams, never missing an opportunity to take the ice. During the season, he is the type of player that arrives early and stays late, always aware that his performance has a major impact on the team. Outside of his skill in the net, Max leads by example and has a level attitude that make him a dependable and trustworthy teammate.
